As each session lasts 90 minutes, the presentations are given the maximum of 15 minutes time, plus 5 minutes for discussion. Please obey the time limit, which will be monitored by the session chair.

Each room has a data projector available. The aspect ratio of most projectors is 16:9, so you can use 16:9 or 4:3 sized slides. The allowed file formats are PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx) and Adobe PDF. Please bring your file before the session starts to avoid extra waste of time.

Papers can not be printed for the sessions and are not required in the symposium. Instructions for submitting an (optional) manuscript after the symposium for a peer review process are given separately.
